Our Mission

Flatsed exists to make renting transparent, fair, and stress-free for everyone. We believe that finding a home should not involve trawling dozens of agency websites, guessing whether reviews are genuine, or feeling powerless as a tenant. We are building the platform we wished existed when we were renters ourselves.

Our Story

Founded in London by a team of ex-renters and property professionals, Flatsed was born from first-hand frustration with the UK rental market. We saw an industry stuck in the past — fragmented listings, opaque fees, and almost no accountability — and decided to change it.

Our Team

We are a small, dedicated team based in London. Our backgrounds span property management, software engineering, and tenant advocacy. Every feature we build is informed by real renting experience — because we have been on both sides of the tenancy agreement.
