• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Property Listings

Property listings on the Platform are provided by third-party agents and landlords. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any listing. You should verify all details directly with the listing agent before making any decisions.

5. Reviews

• Reviews must be honest, factual, and based on genuine experience
• You may only review properties you have viewed or lived in
• Reviews must not contain defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines
• Landlords and agents may respond to reviews publicly

6. Viewing Bookings

Viewing bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability and confirmation by the listing agent. We facilitate the booking process but are not a party to any agreement between you and the agent or landlord. Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Scraping, crawling, or automated access to the Platform
• Posting false or misleading information
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to access accounts or data belonging to others
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Circumventing security measures or rate limits

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Flatsed Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flatsed Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
